Highveld Mall is jointly owned and managed by by JSE-listed Resilient Property Income Fund, Flanagan & Gerard, Mogwele Trading 278 and Retraction Props 7.
Resilient is a specialised retail property loan stock company which has been listed on the Johannesburg stock exchange since December 2002. It owns a portfolio of dominant regional malls and shopping centres tenanted predominantly by national retailers. Most of Resilient’s properties are situated in non-metropolitan areas.
Flanagan @Gerard & Mogwele Trading 278’s core business activities are the development and investment in dominant regional shopping centres, and niche community centres that retain their dominance within their trade area.
