Facilities and Services

Customer Care Centre:
There are 2 points from which we will assist you with mall information, services and queries. You can find us at the Mall Management Office located just off the Foodcourt, or at the Information Desk located in the EDGARS Court.

Guest Services offered:
Wheelchairs, push-chairs, First aid, mall directories, store information and disabled parking discs.

Facilities for the Physically Challenged:
All our facilities are accessible to disabled persons via ramps and/or lifts. All parking areas have specially allocated parking bays for the exclusive use of disabled persons. Highveld Mall has implemented their own Disabled Parking Disc system with the blessing of the Highveld Society for the Disabled and is exclusively available to Highveld Mall. You can apply for your Permanent, Temporary or Drop off and Pick up only Highveld Mall disabled parking disc at the Highveld Mall Centre Management offices. Discs are available FREE of charge.

Complimentary wheelchair usage is provided at both Customer Care Centres. There are also special toilet facilities throughout the mall. The use of our specially allocated parking bays is for those persons that have severe limitations to mobility, and use thereof is governed by the display of the correct Highveld Mall disc, which can only be issued via the Highveld Mall Management.

Shoppers are reminded that the use of a parking bay reserved for persons with discs will result in the vehicle being clamped. Repeat offenders will be issued with a warning and/or fine.
